Went to court today to defend myself against the assault IV charge from September...I was ready for that prosecutor.. Had RCW's giving me the right to use reasonable force to protect my property (Jag). Also had a Washington state supreme court ruling saying that the normal thing of community property doesn't apply in this case, it is still illegal to beat/damage it. THE CASE WAS DISMISSED!
